The LËTZ GO GOLD village can be accessed easily. We encourage you to use public transport.
The village and the starting point of the run are located near the ponds of the ice rink Kockelscheuer which are located a few kilometers from the center of Luxembourg City.

The site is easily accessible by public transport: - Line 18 Kirchberg / Luxexpo Sud - Kockelscheuer / Ice rink - stop "Kockelscheuer / Ice rink", there are busses every 30 minutes
08:00 - Opening of the LËTZ GO GOLD village. Welcome, withdrawal of bibs, luggage storage, start of animation in the village
10:30 - Collective warm-up
11:00 - Start of the race
12:00 - Collective stretching
12:30 - Speech, hand-over of checks to the researchers, podium celebration, animation and lunch
14:00 - End of the event
The start of the race is at 11:00. We advise you to arrive at least one hour in advance to have enough time to get your t-shirt and bib and enjoy the collective warm-up session.
You are required to bring along the following documents to the bib retrieval tent:
Once this step is completed, you will receive your bib and your t-shirt.
For all teams with more than 30 people, there is no need to go to the bibs withdrawal tent. Your t-shirt and bib will be waiting for you in your tent with your team.
Next to the bib retrieval tent, there will be luggage storage where you can drop off your gym bag safely.
There are changing cabins, but no showers on site.
On the course, several water and food supply stations will be available for all participants, both runners and walkers.
In the LËTZ GO GOLD village there will be several food trucks selling their culinary specialties (including vegetarian dishes). We would like to thank you in advance for keeping the LËTZ GO GOLD village clean by throwing your garbage in the bins provided.
